First, make sure the smileys you want are saved to your computer. Then log into your Admin Panel...
Click on Smilies (under General Admin), then click Add a new Smiley, fill in the boxes:
Smiley Code - example: :yay:
Smiley Image File - ignore this
Smiley Custom File - click Browse and find the smiley you want to add from where you saved it on your computer
Smiley Emotion - example: Yay
When your done hit Submit. Hope that made sense. o.O Any questions just ask, I can also take screenshots.
