E-mails pfft, I never get those. lol
I very rarely check them, and I just get adverts and general junk mail.
Stargazer- 06-28-2006
My emails mostly say, you have a new personal message at so and so forum...
SSSS420- 06-28-2006
Yea, so do mine. That's probably why I stopped checking mine. But I am on messanger more than I used to be.
JayStorm- 06-28-2006
I think that there's an option on most forums that allows you to turn that off.
People don't tend to send as any PMs as they used to, it must be all of these IMs.
SSSS420- 06-28-2006
Yes, it is. I'm pretty sure it is anyway.
Stargazer- 06-28-2006
Oh I like that, then I know how many PMs I got and where.
IMing is okay, but I avoid it... You can only really only find me on, on Saturdays (which is why I have too many windows open on my computer on Saturdays).
SSSS420- 06-28-2006
Yea. For the PI chat? Yea, because I don't see you on much anymore.
Stargazer- 06-28-2006
Yes... and what do you mean anymore? I've never been on much other than Saturdays...

Shadow can't be there 24/7. She has a life just like the rest of us.
My back has hurt me all night. I must has pulled something when I was walking the dog this evening.
Stargazer- 06-30-2006
Awww, I'm sorry. =( Hope it feels better soon.
Sarah- 06-30-2006
Thanks Shadow.
I've got a heating pad to it now and I'm sweating like a mule. Maybe some ice might help it.
Rogue- 06-30-2006
Depends on the problem...I preferred using heat treatment on the back then ice...although what is chosen depends on preference and contraindications..
*O feel free to shut me up with things like this. lol. It's the summer so my physiotherapy knowledge can be shut in a drawer XD*

I was thinking (after I wrote that) that ice might make it tighten up. It's just a constant burning pain on the right side of my back. Doesn't radiate anywhere else though.
I need some help so keep it up.
Rogue- 06-30-2006
Probably pulled a muscle.
If you use ice, wrap it in a damp towel so it's not in contact with the skin - it shouldn't tighten so much because the ice isn't in direct contact.
It is ok touse either just make sure you don't get ice burn from the ice or if you use the heat, to keep an eye on your skin. Although I'm sure you know that anyway =)
And a good excuse - if you can, try to rest it a bit - it will help it heal quicker because you won't be putting as much strain on it.
Hope it feels better soon though.
